Su ascensi\u00f3n, aunque larga, no tiene ninguna dificultad t\u00e9cnica y nos permite llegar a un mirador privilegiado. De la cima la vista abarca desde el Canigo hasta el Aneto. Es una ascensi\u00f3n de unos 800 metros de desnivel en la que podemos invertir entre 5 y 7 horas para subir y bajar por su ruta normal. Tambi\u00e9n podemos alargar la excursi\u00f3n y hacer una vuelta circular regresando por el lago de Malniu, o bien por los lagos de Engorgs y el GR-11.
